Boy oh boy! It has been quick a while since my last posting, October!

Well many things have happened, holidays, weddings, new semesters, bits and pieces!

During Thanksgiving break my Cousin/Aunt (no weird sex thing, she is just too much older than me to be my cousin) got married. . .

The first picture is me and Angie, and this is me in the blue dress... it was freeeeezing but fun :-)

During the hunting season Mister Nathan went out over and over again with no results. Then finally he shot a four pointer with his bow. He was so excited, which made me very happy!

I wont show any more pictures, they are a bit more revealing...

The holidays were wonderful, and involved snowmobiling, family dinners, and sleeping in! Nate bought a new snowmobile this year, which was all fine and dandy but there has been barely any snow this season so he didn't really get to ride it. For his birthday, I decided to rent a cabin up in Jeffersonville Vermont. It was perfect, just to two of us.

The Snow was perfect and Nathan got to get some riding in. We rode nearly 180 miles minimum in a day and a half, which for me is quite a bit.

Now I am back in classes and will be until May 10th. I am hoping to get accepted to nursing school this month for this coming September :-)

I had such a great time with the Castellini's at Lake Seymour. We did a little bit of everything! Fires, Fishing, sinking boats, rope swining, tubing, walking, EATING!. . . It was a very nice vacation and I got some color :-)

So I babysat the Max (a name I LOVE because of Where the Wild Things Are). He is crazy and 6 so you can only imagine what a event it was getting him to bed! He loved the pictures though, he is a very silly boy!

I got a Laptop!!!

So I went and spent nine hundred dollars last night :-(. I decided to go with the HP mainly because it had the exactly same specs as the Sony but was like 150$ cheaper in the end. It is really nice, sixteen inches so its HUGE. I am not sure I am going to keep it... I was given a beautiful leather messenger back for the holidays and it doesn't even fit into it...

I do enjoy it though, and it is prettty!

I also recently got a new camera which I love. It is the Nikon Coolpix S230 Touch screen.. It is lovely... and I love th purple coloring!!!

An Unexpected Vacation

This is where I will be spending a week... :-) The Castellini family has invited me to spend a week with them right on the Lake. I am totally jealous because I don't get to go to Cape Hatteras, but I get to see why this place means so so much to Nate so it is worth it. We will be up there the same time as most of his family, including: two aunts, two uncles, 4 cousins, a cousin's friend, Jojo and Jerome (Nate's parents), Nate, and myself. We all all be staying in three house right next to each other... interseting. We are right on the border of Canada which is fun. I will be sure to upload pictures when I get home...

A Laptop

So diving into my college life, I am in need of many things. Those things include...a new car, stuff for living, and of course a laptop. Now a new car is not high on the priority list, but a laptop seems to be. Everyone in my family has a laptop, which I am in different about. I am glad they all have one, but really I want one too. I am not saying I want someone to drop one in my lap, I mean who doesn't, but I am not expecting that. I am willing to pay for one but I just can't seem to part with money that I think would go to something else when I am a poor college student...

So here is the question... Do I got with the 1199$ Macbook Pro 13", or do I go with something from Dell or HP for much much cheaper...

Since working at the Merc, I have falling in love with the simplicity of the Mac computers... but when price does matter which one is more logical.

I am at this point just overwhelmed with decision making and am very tired of it. . .

Ive worked at the Windsor, Vermont Mercantile (www.vtmercantile.com) since... February 2008 I believe. Its been quite a ride so far, introducing me to MANY people and teaching me many new things. We have a varied assortment of things here and its a chill place. The owner also owns the Windsor Station Pub (www.windsorstation.com) and is working on opening an Inn (www.snapdragoninn.com) with his siblings. Hopefully the family continues to push this town to be what it should be.

I am planning to write a cookbook, since I have some quite time with my change in college and evrything. . . Whether people will actually want to read it or even use it isn't in the future... I just want to have down all the family and allergy safe recipes before people start forgetting it.

I am going to College for nursing and plan to be an RN by... Summer 2012 :-)

This is my home! I love it here in Vermont, yes for a bit I lost sight of its beauty, but have seen it once again. -pictures are not mine- :-)

Growing up in a small town was different, but if it hadn't been this way, I would not be the person I am today. My family moved to Vermont from Conn, and before that Tenn (where I was born). I have completed all of my schooling here and intend to continue it.

This would be the lovely Elora Marie, my one and only blood sister. She is crazy and does her own thing. I love her to death but cannot wait until we are older and silly together.
This is just a hint as to what is coming with age...

This is my daddy.. Scott. He is the Technical Director @ Dartmouth College. Pretty cool. Him and my mother have been married for about 20 years (picture of her to come later). Oh yeah.. He loves to SKI... but don't most Vermonters???

We have been dating since June 1, 2008 and we are still going strong. He is the perfect guy for me, bringing me down to earth and teaching me to enjoy every moment.

# 67 He played football throughout high school, and rocked at it. I was in a way his own personal cheerleader!

Which actually got me a picture in the newspaper, and most school spirit in the yearbook!

High school was never my favorite, but I made it through in record time. Three years was all it took, and although I will miss my original Class of 2010, I am glad to be moving on with my life.
